Shelby founded ACE Performance Elevation after nearly two decades of experience inside global organizations and working with leaders across sales, technology, healthcare, and marketing. As a leader herself, she's navigated organizational complexity, strategic transitions, and high-stakes decision-making.
She holds a MBA from Creighton University Heider College of Business, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University, and advanced training in Performance Psychology.
